Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is an American supernatural series inspired from the Archie comic book series. The series has three parts, and the streaming service renewed the fourth season. However, the news is that the fourth part will be the final season of this horror show.
The series has a connection with another American show Riverdale and originally ‘The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’ was to play the companion of the show. However, the idea became unclear when the series moved to Netflix.
The show revolved around a character named Sabrina who resides in a fictional town named Greendale. It is a horror show based around witchcraft where Sabrina, a half-witch, and half-mortal tries to fight evil.
The showrunner of the series Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa has made an official announcement thanking the streaming platform Netflix for their support and bringing out the news of the wrap up of the series. He also shared a few pictures on his Instagram account revealing the next season to be the last chapter.
Along with the lead character Sabrina Spellman played by Kiernan Shipka, other casts in supporting roles are Ross Lynch, Chance Perdomo, Jaz Sinclair, Lucy Davis, Michelle Gomez, Tati Gabrielle, Lachlan Watson, Adeline Rudolph, Gavin Leatherwood, Miranda Otto, and Richard Coyle.
The first season of the show was divided into two segments. The first half was released in October 2018, while the second half of the season was out in April 2019. The third part of the show got released in January 2020, which ended with a lot of twists and turns that’ll unfold in the final part.
Part 4 of the show is expected to return with a lot of drama and action as Nick will try to make his way back to Sabrina’s heart. The rest will be revealed in the final segment. Also, the third season wrapped up with a mystery of two Sabrina’s that’ll be revealed in the next part.
The show acquired a lot of appreciation from the critics, and it is really heartbreaking for the fans to bid their favorite show a final goodbye.
The expectations for the return of part 4 is high as it is going to be the final season, and one last time the audience could enjoy watching the adventurous series. Though there is no trailer out yet, it is expected to be released soon as the word is that part 4 of the show will release anytime by the end of the year 2020.
