Xbox Series X and Series S, Pre-Orders Available

Xbox Series X

The Xbox Series X is the leader. If you would prefer not to stress over how well new games will play out, this is the comfort you ought to get. It will be the future of the games for quite a long while, and it’s the console the most recent Xbox games are exclusively built for. Likewise, it has a couple of very good quality features worth referencing.

Microsoft claims that Series X is “8K ready” which means it will have the option to upscale the game for 8K screens if you’re willing to go for the best of the best. Not only this, but the Series X can run games up to 120 frames per second, giving you a smooth play experience.

The price of the Xbox Series X is $500, which is the same as any other console. The best part is that the console is suitable with any Xbox One and select Xbox 360 games.

Xbox Series S

Series X has an affordable version named Series X which doesn’t include as many features as the Series X; however, it allows you to play next-generation games. If you’re not planning to upgrade to a 4K TV anytime soon, Series S is an attractive deal.

Same as Series X, this can also run games at 120 frames per second, but on a limited pixel resolution of 1440. Though Series S doesn’t have the potential to run 4K games, it can stream 4K movies and shows from Netflix and HBO.

The Xbox Series S comes for $300 which is much cheaper than Series X, and the same as the price of a Switch or Oculus Quest 2. The storage is limited, but it works perfectly fine as you can add an expansion card.

New Accessories for Xbox Series X and Series S

As mentioned above, there are new accessories revealed by PowerA that will come along with the release of new Xbox consoles.

Enhanced Wired Controller

The new Xbox wired controller is supported by both Xbox Series X and Series S. Not only this, but it can also be used with Xbox One consoles. The controller is available in 11 different colors and comes for $35 on Amazon and PowerA. It consists of the classic user-friendly buttons such as a wheel for muting or changing the volume levels.

Play & Charge Kit

Though the Xbox controllers still come handy with the AA batteries, you can upgrade with the PowerA’s Play and Charge Kit. The kit consists of two batteries, one as a backup to keep on charging while you play with the other. It is available at the price of $25 at Amazon and PowerA.

Charging Stand

The new charging stand by PowerA has a single battery and a battery door for Xbox Series X, Series S, and Xbox One consoles. It is compatible with all generations for gaming and is available in 2 colors for $20 at Amazon and PowerA.

Dual Charging Station

The Dual Charging Station has two rechargeable batteries and a sum of four battery gates for all the generations. The charging station is again available in two colors at $30.

If you’re willing to pre-book any of the above-mentioned accessories to keep your slot booked rather than running out of stock, you can do the same on Amazon or PowerA.

Also, if you don’t own an Xbox One, you can upgrade to Xbox Series X or Series S as it lets you play all the Xbox games. However, if you have a Windows PC gaming setup, there is no such requirement as most of the Xbox games will be launching on Microsoft’s Windows platform.
